Wow, I am so impressed with Ambrosia Bakery. Someone told me that their cake was so good, it made him cry. And I totally believe it, because I was also blown away by how great the carrot cake I ordered tasted!

After calling around sooo many bakeries I was ecstatic about finding the carrot cake at Ambrosia Bakery. The girl who answered the phone was super helpful and patient with all of my questions. They delivered a surprise Birthday Carrot Cake to my friend AND they even added the confetti sprinkles I asked for. I’m so incredibly happy with this bakery & their service. Will definitely order from them again 🙂

I put in a delivery order through DoorDash to deliver a surprise birthday cake to a friend who lives in SF, and Ambrosia Bakery did an amazing job with the cake! They were quick to fulfill the order and the cake arrived in great condition. They even went above and beyond to write Happy Birthday on the cake itself, which was unexpected!

I was in SF on my birthday, and Ambrosia Bakery was near where we were staying. We purchased 4 slices rather than a whole cake, and all 4 were delightful.

Ambrosia has the best cakes! I usually get their desserts for birthdays and holidays and it is always a hit with my friends and family. My favorites are the tiramisu, Swedish princess, and chocolate dream cake.

The Chocolate-Chip Walnut Cookie is to die for. I’m salivating at the thought of this giant, thin cookie, that is crisp around the edges, but still amazingly soft and chewy at the core. This and a slice of Princess Cake are all you need.

Everything here is amazing and worth the calories. They have incredible pastries, cakes, salads, sandwiches, coffee drinks, etc. The employees are happy and kind. This place is an SF favorite for me.

Ambrosia is our happy place!!! Their croissants and bakery goods are always so fresh, they never keep anything for the next day! They sell out anyway!! And their individual cakes are always very fresh as well. We never had a dry one, always perfection… The whole family also loves their salads and sandwiches…. Ambrosia is our to go place for a quick lunch, little mid-day treat or when we need to buy cakes for birthdays or when we are invited to someone’s house!!! They make the best fruit tarts ever!!! Thank you Ambrosia!!!

This is my favorite guilty pleasure. The fruit tart, the cherry puff and the short bread cookie are my all time favs. Newest craving is the sun dried tomato twist. OMG!
